With more passengers comes added responsibility. So you'll be reassured to learn that Express Passenger Vans now include standard head curtain side-impact air bags. This GM segment-exclusive†† feature helps reduce the risk of injuries to all outboard occupants in certain side impacts and rollovers. In addition, a Passenger Sensing System** is now standard on 1500 models.

It isn't only the clean appearance of the Chevrolet Express instrument panel that's new. It also includes a new Driver Information Centre that monitors functions such as average fuel efficiency, fuel range, percentage of oil life and fuel filter life remaining, engine hours, tire pressure monitoring system status and more.

Express 1500 Passenger Van
Express is well-built to meet the demands you place on a full-size van. It's also exceptionally well equipped, with everything from air conditioning to head curtain side-impact air bags and Vortec V8 power. And Express 1500 Passenger Van remains the only van in its class to offer available all-wheel drive.
 
Express 2500 Passenger Regular
Express 2500 raises the capacity for passengers and cargo hauling. Standard seating is for 12. The Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR) is a substantial 3901 kg (8600 lb.) A 300 hp Vortec 6.0L V8 is standard. Choose from LS and LT trim levels.
 
Express 3500 Passenger Van
It's the Express van with standard seating for 12 and available seating for 15. It's powered by the Vortec 6.0L V8 engine that delivers 323 hp and 373 lb.-ft. of torque. It's offered in LS and LT trim levels.
Express 1500 Cargo Van
Start with the rugged foundation provided by a full-length, fully-boxed frame. Then choose the engine that best meets your needs - either the standard 195 hp Vortec 4.3 V6 or available 301 hp 5.3L V8. And with Express 1500 Cargo Vans, you have the added choice of available segment-exclusive†† all-wheel drive.
Express 2500 Cargo Van
With Express 2500 Cargo Van, it's all about choice. There are regular and long wheelbase models. And the engine lineup includes the standard 246 hp Vortec 4.8L V8, plus the available 323 hp Vortec 6.0L V8 and 250 hp Duramax 6.6L V8 Turbo Diesel.
Express 3500 Cargo Van
The capacities are nothing short of massive: with a cargo volume of up to at 8972 L (316.8 cu. ft.) and payloads of up to 1881 kg (4147 lb.). Regular and long wheelbase models are available and there are three engines in the lineup including the Duramax 6.6L V8 Turbo Diesel.
